It can be difficult to describe the variety of work I do. My work is custom, a collaboration between my clients and myself, which transcends narrow categories.
Some examples include:
Cabinetry: kitchens, baths, home office, display, etc
Furniture: benches, stools, beds, tables, armoires, chests, hutches, entertainment centers, etc
Small items: cutting boards, frames, jewelry boxes, etc
Handcrafted, custom cabinets and furniture cost more than what is produced in a factory. Quality and durability are unsurpassed. There are many variables that can affect the cost of an item. Dimensions, species of wood, door and drawer styles, finishes, and hardware are just a few of the factors that can affect price. The more plain a piece is, the less it will cost, and vice versa.
I’m Steve Yenko, maker of distinctly crafted cabinets, furniture, and woodworking in Western Wyoming. I build original designs from wood that cannot be found in any store. I started working with wood at a very young age.
After years of doing finish carpentery, I opened my own shop, specializing in cabinets and furniture. I’ve been in business for 25 years now.
